Laura has lots to rave about in her current work - she designs, conducts and organizes training programs to improve employee performance, and ensure organizational productivity. Laura enjoys the versatility of her role and loves how supportive Kelty is to work in. Before joining our amazing team, Laura was an instructor at Robertson College for 12 years. 

Laura enjoys a good laugh and loves the great outdoors, including activities like camping, kayaking and gardening. She’s always learning and is well on her way to getting a Human Resource Management Certificate to improve her management skills.
